Swamp Cooler Summerize!!

It's that time of year to summerize your swamp cooler. Take advantage of our spring special of $49. This includes turning on water supply, clearing all debris from the water tray and water pump lines. There is an extra fee if your system needs parts or descaling treatment.

Dryer Vent Cleaning!!

Don't let your dryer start a house fire.

We can help keep your family safe by cleaning your dryer vents. Dryers run hot and dryer lint is very flammable. There are more than 15,000 house fires a year and 80% of them are started by dryer vents being clogged with lint. Take advantage of our $89 spring cleaning special.

Handyman

A handyman or handyperson is a person skilled at a wide range of repairs, typically around the home. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work, both interior and exterior, and are sometimes described as "odd jobs", "fix-up tasks", and include light plumbing jobs such as fixing a leaky toilet or light electric jobs such as changing a light fixture.

We are NOT a state licensed contractor. We are a handyman service.

There are so many people that can’t afford a contractor to come out for a small repair. They charge outrageous prices and most of the time don’t pay attention to small details like caring about the customer!

This is the rule for doing construction without a license. We take pride in the work we perform and don’t take shortcuts that’s why we are up front about this law.

Who must be licensed as a contractor?

All businesses or individuals who construct or alter any building, highway, road, parking facility, railroad, excavation, or other structure in California must be licensed by the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) if the total cost (labor and materials) of one or more contracts on the project is $500 or more. Contractors, including subcontractors, specialty contractors, and persons engaged in the business of home improvement (with the exception of joint ventures and projects involving federal funding) must be licensed before submitting bids. Licenses may be issued to individuals, partnerships, corporations, joint ventures, or limited liabilitiy companies (LLCs).

That being said if the project is going to be more than $500 we will refer you to a contractor that is fair and honest.
